Yasmim Manaia — The Aura Method

Terms

Plain language, so nothing has to become an awkward conversation later. Last updated 5 September 2026.

1. Who you are dealing with

Yasmim Manaia, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42168296, VAT number NL005551895B46, at Gijsbrecht van Aemstelstraat 201, 2026 VE Haarlem. Reachable at aura@yasmimmanaia.com and +31 6 25 70 34 83.

2. What you are buying

Aura Essence — four individual sessions, held online.
Aura Eleva — eight individual sessions, held online, including a follow-up session some months after the last one.
Aura Circle — group training at your own premises or a venue agreed in advance.

Prices for Essence and Eleva are shown on the website including VAT. Aura Circle is quoted per assignment, excluding VAT.

3. Booking and payment

You receive an invoice after the intake call. Payment is made in full before the first session; sessions begin once payment has been received. For Aura Circle, terms are agreed in writing in advance.

4. Your right to change your mind

Because we agree online, you have fourteen days to cancel without giving a reason, and you get your money back.

If you want to start within those fourteen days, you have to say so explicitly, and you then give up the right to cancel for the part already delivered. You will be asked to confirm this in writing before the first session.

5. Completing your track

Aura Essence is completed within two months of the first session. Aura Eleva within four months, with the follow-up session after that period.

These windows exist because the work only holds if the sessions follow each other closely enough. Sessions not taken within the period lapse. Extension is possible by agreement, but is not the intention and is not automatic.

6. Moving or missing a session

Rescheduling is free if you let me know at least 24 hours in advance.

Later than that, or not showing up, costs €75. That amount has to be settled before the remaining sessions continue.

For Aura Circle a longer notice period applies, because a whole day is reserved for you and nobody else can have it:

• More than 14 days before the date — free of charge
• 14 to 7 days before — 50% of the agreed fee
• Less than 7 days before, or no-show — 100% of the agreed fee

Moving to another date is always preferable to cancelling, and I will do what I can to find one.

7. If I have to cancel

If I cancel a session at short notice through illness or circumstances beyond my control, you get a new date at no cost, or your money back for that session if no suitable date can be found.

8. Stopping early

If you decide to stop after the track has started, the amount paid is not refunded. Sessions already prepared and reserved cannot be given to anyone else.

9. Materials

Exercises, handouts and other materials I provide remain mine. You may keep them and use them for yourself for as long as you like. You may not share them publicly, pass them on, resell them, or teach from them. Anything you write or record yourself during a session is yours.

10. Recordings

In Aura Eleva you are filmed in the first session and again in the last, so you can see the difference. Those recordings are made for you. I keep them for one year after the track ends, and delete them earlier on request.

I only use a recording publicly — as an example, on the website, on social media — if you have given separate written permission for that specific recording. That permission is never part of these terms and can be withdrawn at any time.

11. Privacy

What you say in a session stays between us. I keep only what I need to prepare your next session, and delete it on request. I do not pass your details to third parties except where the law requires it.

For Aura Circle I report back on the group, never on individuals. Your employer does not hear what you personally said or did.

You may ask at any time what I hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email aura@yasmimmanaia.com.

12. Where the training takes place

Essence and Eleva are held online by video call. You need a stable connection, a camera and a place where you can speak freely — presence is difficult to practise in a corridor.

Aura Circle takes place at your premises or a venue agreed in advance. Travel within 25 km of Amsterdam is included. Beyond that, travel costs are agreed before we start.

13. What this is, and what it is not

This is training in communication and presence. It is not therapy, and not medical or psychological treatment. If something comes up during the work that belongs with a therapist or a doctor, I will say so.

I commit to my effort and preparation, not to a particular outcome. How far you get depends as much on your own practice between sessions.

14. Liability

My liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the assignment concerned. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as missed income or lost contracts.

15. Complaints

Tell me first — most things are solved in a conversation. Email aura@yasmimmanaia.com and you will have a substantive response within fourteen days.

Dutch law applies to these terms.
